Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees), as long as the item is:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Return Authorization (RA)
Before sending anything back, please email us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns sent without an RA# may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or rejected entirely.
Once authorized, you will receive clear return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Aquarix is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Swimwear that has been worn or washed
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized or personalized items
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items returned without an approved RA#
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after your return has been delivered.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Refunds are for the product value only and do not include original shipping costs.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer limited warranties based on product type:
• Goggles, snorkels, swim caps – 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects
• Fins, paddles, kickboards, buoys – 60-day warranty
• Electronic devices (timers, training tech) – 1-year warranty
Warranties cover manufacturer defects only. They do not apply to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or modification
• Fading, stretching, or cosmetic changes due to chlorine or UV exposure
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
